Safety Locks
The vehicle may have power safety locks or manual safety locks. Power safety locks will lock the rear windows and not allow the rear doors to be opened from the inside.
Manual safety locks do not allow the rear doors to be opened from the inside.
Power Safety Locks

Press
to activate the safety
locks on the rear doors. The LED will illuminate.
This switch also disables the power window controls on the rear doors Press
again to deactivate the safety locks on the rear doors. The LED will turn off.
If the LED flashes, the feature may not be working properly. See “Rear Window Lockout” under Power Windows .
Manual Safety Locks

Open the rear doors to access the safety locks on the inside edge of each door. To manually set the locks, insert a key into the slot and turn it to the horizontal position. the door can only be opened from the outside with the door unlocked. To return the door to normal operation, turn the slot to the vertical position.
